Invoice and Payment
When going through reports, Invoices & payment reports play a very crucial role. The Teamcamp Reports section has a dedicated category for it. Let's go through those categories
Payment Overview
The "Payments" section offers a comprehensive overview of all recorded payments, making it easier to monitor financial transactions and their current status.
Here, You can view Invoice No., Project, Client Company, Paid On, and Paid Amount. You have to select the time frame.
You can also download the report into a CSV file.
Uninvoiced Items(Coming Soon)
In the "Uninvoiced" section, you can track billable time and expenses that have not yet been invoiced. Here's a breakdown of the features
Atrributes:
PROJECTS: This refers to a list of projects which are uninvoiced
CLIENT COMPANY: The client or company associated with each project.
HOURS (HH: MM): The total number of hours worked on each project, usually presented in the format of hours and minutes (HH: MM).
EXPENSES: These are the expenses incurred while working on each project.
Total UNINVOICED AMOUNT: The total amount yet to be invoiced for each project.
Downloading Individual Invoices:
This feature allows you to download separate invoices for each project. It's useful for providing clients with detailed invoices for their specific projects.
Filtering Options:
The system or document allows you to filter the data in the uninvoiced section based on specific criteria. You mentioned three filtering options:
Customer: This means you can filter projects by the customer or client company.
Projects: You can filter by specific projects.
Team Members: You can also filter by team members who worked on these projects
