Let’s walk you through creating and managing tasks within a specific project, helping you stay organized and on top of your responsibilities.

Creating Tasks

When managing your project's tasks, the first step is creating them. Here's how to do it:

Click on the "Create Task" button: Click"+" in the top right corner within the project space.

Provide a Name and Description: Give your task a clear and concise name. Include a detailed description if necessary to provide more context.

Assign Tasks: Add tasks to the project by selecting them from your project list. This helps you connect specific to-dos with your project.

Set Due Date and Priority: Specify a due date for the task, ensuring it aligns with your project timeline. Assign one of the three priority levels:

  • High Priority: Mark tasks as a high priority when they require immediate attention. These are your top priorities for the day.

  • Medium Priority: Tasks that are important but less urgent fall into this category. Attend to them once your high-priority tasks are complete.

  • Low Priority: These are tasks of lesser importance, which can be tackled with extra time.

Task Groups (Optional): You can further organize your tasks by creating groups. For example, you can create groups like "Todo," "In Review," "In Progress," etc., to categorize your tasks efficiently.

Attachments (Optional): You can attach files or additional information to your tasks. This can provide better context and resources for task completion.

Organizing Tasks

After creating tasks, it's crucial to organize them effectively. Here's how you can do it:

Grouping Tasks by Category

  1. Today: These are tasks that are due today. It's your immediate to-do list, ensuring you meet all your deadlines promptly.

  2. Upcoming: Tasks with due dates beyond today but in the near future. This category helps you plan and prepare for upcoming responsibilities.

  3. Other: For tasks with no due dates, they can be your less time-sensitive tasks. This category ensures they stay on your radar without clogging up your immediate to-do list.

Filtering Tasks by Group:

In addition to grouping tasks by category, you can filter tasks based on their groups:

  • Custom: Tailor the task list to your specific needs, allowing for a personalized workflow.

  • By Priority: Organise tasks based on their urgency, helping you focus on what matters most.

  • By Due Date: Sort tasks by their deadlines to stay on track and meet important milestones.

  • By Created Date: View tasks in the order they were created, ensuring nothing gets overlooked.


Filtering Tasks by Priority:

You can filter tasks based on their priority to manage your workload effectively:

  • By Priority: Organize tasks by urgency to ensure the most important work is done first.

  • By Due Date: Focus on high-priority tasks due soon to stay on top of critical deadlines.

  • By Created Date: Track when high-priority tasks were added to maintain a clear workflow.

Filtering Tasks by Status:

Keep track of your project’s progress by filtering tasks according to their status:

  • By Priority: Ensure that high-priority tasks are moving forward, regardless of their status.

  • By Due Date: Monitor upcoming deadlines for tasks based on their current status.

  • By Created Date: Review tasks in the order they were created, filtering by status to see how work has progressed.

Filtering Tasks by User:

Streamline team collaboration by filtering tasks assigned to specific users:

  • By Priority: Identify which tasks assigned to a user are most urgent, helping manage their workload effectively.

  • By Due Date: Check which tasks assigned to a particular user are due soon.

  • By Created Date: View tasks assigned to a user in the order they were created, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
